meanwhile in Disneyland

In a different side of Los Angeles - opposite to that of Hollywood, the beating heart of tourism rocks at an exciting pace. For the family of Noah it started at the house of a couple who had us as principal sponsors when they were wed a decade or so back in the Philippines.

Rodel Godoy who is a police officer in a city east of LA and Bambam – his wife, wanted to bring us for a day-long trek to the summit of the half-dome at Yosemite or a cruise down the pacific coast. We relished the idea, but it was difficult to get the right timing from our busy schedule. The last option was Disneyland and it proved to be the best.

we spent the night before the disney tour at these kids' home in Fontana. Bakersfield is too far away to comfortably start the trip early enough to make the most of the day.

i have been following this urchins in facebook ever since they were born and i was happy to finally meet them. i wish they were my neighbors.
