ngong ping~cable car~big buddha

this cable car ride starts at tung chung city in lantau island southern china and ends at ngong ping - a mountain resort that has a big buddha and some shows featuring buddhist and chinese culture.

    the ride took about 30 minutes... it was the waiting in line that took about an hour and it was not even peak tourist season yet.
